So I had some more PS seasonings and thought I better use them up so here ya gol
DID THIS IN 3"X24" FIBOURS CASINGS SINCE I RAN OUT OF SNACK STICK CASINGS
smelled very good
mixed up
put some cheddar cheese in it
Wifey said said no more stuffing in house SOOOOOO I buit a shop 24x30 works great
no plumbing yet but will be soon.
ran out of the snack sticks so made them into s/s 3" by 24" long
hanging at room temp for 1hr
You cansee the cheese in them
and into the smoker at 120 for hr or so to dry out
I will be smoking with hickory agian in the ampts from Todd
By the way this is 12 1/2lbs of 80/20 beef mixed last night and stuffed and smoked this morning
