He was great in a lot of movies, and I'll be rewatching Legend tonight.

I found him as one of those "unique" actors, in that the role that he played seemed as it was written only for him. He was a very wide ranging type and always nailed it.

Dale the Whale and many many other roles including Frank-N-Furter that introduced us to Tim Curry.
RIP another thespian.

My favorite character of his was Gaal on the show Earth 2. Not the best show ever but he made it watchable.
