So scored some maco steaks cheap.Didn't want to waste time so spog with a little ground coriander and dill seed and straight onto the Q with a 1/4 tube of charcoal pellets.Tater wedges done in the airfryer and the leftover grilled veggies from Sunday for sides. For the time spent one of the tastiest things I've done in a while.

Never had smoked shark steak. Long ago I cooked and served a smoked shark sausage at a seafood festival in Tarpon Springs.

I have never had shark. Is it good? Is it tender?
Comparable to any firm, white fleshed fish, a nice mild flavor.
Much like Swordfish and similar in price at the fish counter.

Some shark is better than others, and they all need to be processed properly and immediately upon capture to be good eating.

Mako is the very best of all shark, very renowned and on par with the finest fish.
Other really good shark is Blacktip and Atlantic Sharpnose.
