In my other post about using the ET732 on my Weber rotisserie, I showed how to mount it.

Since I wanted to use my 732 to monitor the cooker temps, I had to go one step more. I built this little device similar to the other one. Now I place the 732 grill probe on the cooking rack as normal and put the meat probe in place of the Weber dome thermometer. That gives me accurate cooking temps. Then, I use this device with my Taylor. Simply run the probe through the bushing and you are in business.
Now, I can simply walk by the grill and immediately read the IT of the meat without having to stop the roto, open the grill and probing the meat. This is the best of both worlds.
