Making bacon

Just done up a batch of pork belly in my Masterbuilt. Had no problem with it. Have cold smoke unit for it that I got out of Amazon for 50.00 bucks, works great for cold smoking cheese or anything you have to cold smoke. I forgot to mention it was 23 pounds of pork belly. That is a hell of a lot of bacon when all sliced up. I cold smoked it with hickory wood chips for about 8 hours and it tastes so good that I am going fry some up right now and have a couple of BLT Talk later,. tink3872
 
23lbs...Wow!! Most of my bellies is only 5lbs. I would say your set for bacon for awhile.
Did you slice it with a slicer or with a knife?

I am sorry I forgot to mention that was two pork bellies instead of one. I used an electric meat slicer. Your right hardcookin that is a lot of bacon. From tink3872
