Major Temperature Probe Differences

I just bought a Maverick 732. I'm concerned about the differences between what the temp probe on the smoker dome lid shows (170), what an oven thermometer I placed in the smoker shows (170) and what the Maverick 732 shows (199). I know temp probes that come on some smokers are usually way off but the temp probe on my ProQ Excel 20 should not be that far off and it agrees with the oven temp probe.

I don't know which to trust!!!!!!

I don't know now if I can trust the meat probe on the Maverick 732 either now!!!

Ideas?
 
I tested my probes as suggested and found the Maverick 732 as well as my old Taylor digital within a few degrees of 212. The temp probe on the smoker dome was 30 degrees low so I calibrated it. I'm not able to boil test or calibrate the oven thermometers.

I was surprised the dome was that far off. Will see how it all goes on my next smoke.
