...on my new griddle. It was Sheila's birthday yesterday and she asked for stir fry. We love Asian flavors and not a lot of pics, but here we go...

B/S thighs cut up, marinaded in soy sauce, honey, corn starch, and unsalted chicken broth for about 3 hours. Onto the griddle to hopefully get right...

I think I'm really going to like this griddle. Starting to wonder why I haven't gotten one before now.

All looks great!! I talked my neighbor into adding one, they worried the wouldn't use it much but use I multiple times weekly all summer. It's a great cooking too.
