Maiden voyage in newish smoker

well i finally got my smoker today and needed to smoke something so here is what i have on the Masterbuilt 7in1.

i dont usually eat breakfast but i wanted something so i put some left over rub on the breakfast sausages.

And decided to try my hand at some ABT 's

i like it overall but i need to do some mods on it... thermometer etc

the worst part about of this is, that i just got a call from work and i have to go back to work for at least a week away from home....was suppose to be off until Easter...

going to try and get another smoke in tomorrow b4 i have to leave...

LOL, Ha Ha Ha .......... I've heard that before, but the UPS truck keeps backing down my driveway. She'll get over it ......... If you want to stay out of trouble just ignore Smoked's post .... he's the one that egg's me on to buy stuff!!!!!!
