Low sugar/carb rubs and sauces

I know this may be hard to find, especially with sauces but I need some low carb & low sugar recopies.  I know with the rubs, I could probably just omit the sugar but I also know that rubs are a created with balance in mind.  Once you remove an entire ingredient the balance may be thrown off.  For sauces, the majority have ketchup, molasses brown sugar, etc in them and that is a no go.

So basically, I want all savory and no sweet.  Anyone have any good recopies?
