Was cleaning the smoker yesterday but couldn't help having a big o' ribeye on the Weber. I like smoking in the MES, but in my opinion the Weber does the best job on a good steak...

Good smoke going, and a good start.

Pulled off at 161 IT, a little over an hour cooked

Went great with some fresh sweet corn and yukon potato I picked up earlier today. Quite the meal. Have three dozen of those ears in the freezer too!

Followed by a tasty dessert!

Fat, full and lazy.

Damn that's a good looking meal! Would have yanked it at 125-130 and had a nice rare steak though!
