Hey, guys, I'm thinking of building a smoker/ spitt  looking for ideas.Currently, I have 200gal oil tank  would like ideas of having an offset smoker box with the tank having a deep belly could put charcoal in the bottom for a rotisserie spitt? as well to have either option what are your ideas there on that ?? thanks in advance.

Hello.  Sounds like you are headed in the right direction.  I LOVE options.  Build them in now.  If you never use it, so be it but better to have the option rather than wish you had done it after the build is complete.

My best advice is post drawings and ask questions.  No matter what the question.  We can offer advice BEFORE you make a mistake.  Great wealth of knowledge available here.  Once a mistake is made; fixing it may be expensive.  Use the knowledge available here.  Keep Smokin!
