I had the good fortune to be sent on some business trips through the South. You might find a smoke shack at the foot of an exit ramp.
One thing I learned was, a lot of the Q down there is nowhere near as smoky as here in Ohio. A lot of their stuff is much more like oven-roasted with just a hint of smoke flavor. *G* and you get sweet iced tea without asking for it.
