Looking for a well balanced rub

For steak either Jeff's TX rub or Montreal Steak. I wish I ate more seafood, need to change that.

We love salmon on the BBQ, especially in a maple / balsamic glaze. Sprinkled with a bit of spices.

For pork: Hank's KC Royale Pork Rub
For steaks: either salt and pepper or Oakridge BBQ Carne Crosta Steakhouse Rub https://www.atbbq.com/sauces-and-ru...oakridge-bbq-carne-crosta-steakhouse-rub.html

For brisket: either salt and pepper or Oakridge BBQ Black Ops Brisket Rub https://www.atbbq.com/sauces-and-ru...idge-bbq-black-ops-brisket-rub-seasoning.html

For poultry: Cattleman's Grill Ranchero Seasonin g https://www.atbbq.com/sauces-and-rubs/rubs/all-purpose-rubs/cattlemans-grill-ranchero-seasoning.html

I will definitely check these out. For the past couple of years the only blends I've reached for are from a small artisan company where I frequently used to spend summer vacations.

I've been looking for a burger blend for homemade burgers, and a spicy blend with a little heat for ribs and wings.
