looking for a propane tank.

I'm in NJ and I'm searching for a 250 gal propane tank. Not having any luck. I want to build a smoker i always buy them done now it's time to do it myself. does anyone have any ideas? thank you in advance.

Check with some propane dealers.  I had a customer recently get her 1000ish lb propane tank replace with a new one by her propane provider.  I would suspect that they would be familiar with who might have one & have been asked before from a guy like yourself.

Watch for farm auctions. I have seen a few in recent listings. Hope you find one.

I have to second calling the NJ Propane guys, especially in South Jersey. They get to a certain level of Rust, not necessarily rusted through, and are changed out. Has to be more frequent with the Salt Air exposure...JJ
