Looking for a new smoker...

Hey all,

I was looking at the mes 30 and was directed here for info. After reading various threads, it seems as though everyone has to modify these smokers to get them working how they should. Is this the norm with smokers? I want to buy a smoker that does not need "mods", any recommendations?

I have the Camp Chef 24"....no mods needed for me!  Mine does anything I want to do with no problems!
