Looking for a good smoked wing recipe

 I'd like some ideas/recipes for great smoked chicken wings. I have a MES 30 & idk how to get the skin crispy. How do u do it.?

To get crispy wing skin using an MES you need to pull them off the smoker just before they are done and sear them on a hot grill or you can deep fry them.

I crisp mine under the broiler after smoking.
