Anyone ever go to their first post on here and see how far you come? I feel like I have gone leaps and bounds!! Thanks for everyone's help. I'm on my 4th smoker now!!

I just did. That was fun! I was able to transfer my years of cooking experience quite easily to the smoker so I pretty much hit the ground running. I have a personal philosophy that has served me well since I was probably 10 years old: "If someone else can do it, so can I." I've learned how to learn from the successes, paying attention to details, processes, and the mechanics of it all. Smoking meat has been great, tasty fun!
