Christmas morning we arrived at the in-laws place and across the room waiting for me is this beauty!! My first stick burner, i was so excited that i may have shed a tear or 2 haha.. I CANNOT wait to fire her up!

Smoked a boneless lamb leg today.. The biggest thing I need to work on is fire management, I need to work on maintaining a large coal bed rather than flaming splits..

Beautiful! Start your fire at least an hour-1.5 hrs ahead of scheduled cook time for a good starting coal bed.Looks like you're already doing well to me!
