Hello everybody! Been hanging around for a while and learning quite a bit. Finally decided to join and say hi. I’m John from Ohio and I’ve been smoking meat for a couple of years and still learning. My gear is a 22.5” Weber Kettle and WSM. Gotta self made smokenator and vortex for the kettle too.
