Bought this grinder today for snack stick, deer and elk, beer and what ever else, it’s the 1 hp model. Number 22. Tried it for the first time and decided to make pasta since I won’t be able to use my smoker till next weekend on my day off. Came out really good. Very little grease in the cast iron pan too, not sure the fat ratio but I’m guessing like 7 percent ,Probably 1/2 cup of grease. and I did use a decent amount of oil to start.

Man that is some rich looking sauce! Looks nice and thick just like I like it.
 
That is one serious looking grinder! At 1hp you could probably make mulch from small trees!

As for dinner, I'd show up if I had an invite! 👍
