Yummy for sure. I never got my garden in this year.

POINTS

Thanks Adam, these were tasty ! We shared a garden this year with our neighbor lady ! Appreciate the point !

Great looking meal!

Very hard to get loin CSR's these days.

Good luck and good smoking.

Thanks Venture, don't find these often but always get a few packages when we do !

Nice, Justin, real nice.  CSRs are one of my favorites.  And that salsa looks REAL good.  From what I understand about a vortex, I'm guessing the veggies weren't left on for very long.

POINTS!!!

Gary

Thanks Gary, CSR's are great... Salsa was tasty & yea.. the veggies were only on for a few minutes ! That vortex get extremely hot !

Were those CSR's as tender and jucy as they look? I have tryed all sorts of things to get them to that tender jucy stage and sometimes I do. Like the last ones I smoked were bone in and I brined them. They were OK but not great. Is ther something I can do to make every CSR smoke consistsnt?

Yea, they were quite good... I've never brined CSR's before, but I'm sure they'd be great that way ! I just season them up, put into ziplock bags for a few hours & toss on the kettle usually round 275-285* & take not to IT but toothpick tender... Then pull, put some foil over them on low in the oven for bout half hour or so !

Can I ask your process you use when cooking them ? Be happy to help any way I can !

I know this is off the subject but I want to say that after 3 years on the forms I have no idea of how to do a Q view and though I have been told I still don't know how to start a new tread.
