The csr's are still doing their thing but i pulled the mac....

The mac n cheese was half stick of cheesemelt and pepperjack plus a cup of milk. The CSR's  were rubbed last night and i took to about 185 but sauced around 160 IT.

I think i'll just eat right out of the pan!
