loin and fatty

can only post a couple of pics as i am on dreaded dial-up

got a deal on some loins the other day, cut one in half and the missus decided that i should smoke it and a fatty.

smoked with a little apple,cherry,hickory and jack daniels chips(bottom of the bags...lol)

marinated and injected the loin the night before...rubbed the loin and the fatty. put fresh garlic in the fatty...

marinade

worch sauce
red pepper flakes
EVOO
fresh black pepper
chicago steak spice
fresh garlic

put a rub on both

rub (i know there is no chili powder or cumin.lol)

dark brown sugar
paprika
salt
pepper
garlic powder
dried onion flakes
cayenne pepper
black pepper
italian seasoning

it feels good to be smoking and online again....
