For those that have Albertson and Tom Thumb they have lobster tails for $4 for next couple more days. These where the best tasting lobster I have had in a long time. So sweet. I did 2 in the sous vide and 2 with an air fryer recipe and both where very good. For small tails they where meaty. Can only buy 4 at a time. I have gone back twice now and will go back again today. Koger also has Duke's Mayo for $3. Have to buy 3.

I'll have to see if our Kroger has the Dukes. Last time I did lobster tails I overcooked them to rubber. Need to do some again if I find a sale like that.

Sous vide with butter 135 for 30 minutes works great. The other one i did was from this guy. 5:30 and where perfect.

Thanks for the heads up. We ALWAYS grab them when they're on sale. I use poultry shears and half them. Easy peasy. Dry brine overnight with Chef P Redfish Magic (someone here turned me on that) then under the broiler 2-3 minutes.

Oh that is a plate of Epipens and benadryl for me or sure!

I did another round of tails using Jet Tila Ninja Air Fryer method. I was a bit leery but I trust him. Basically put lemon slices under the tail. Brush with mayo, yes I know than season. Around 6 minutes for me. This my go to method now. I doing 3 tail batches and still have 3 more batches to go. The ones I got are super sweet and meaty.

Here are a couple I cooked. Monsters. They were great.

Yeah of course Albertson has also. Think I got 3 more rounds left or I would buy more. Not sure if these are cold water but they sure taste good! Check out that mayo thing. Sounds weird but think it keeps them from getting dry on outside.

I bought 4 and grilled them up and OMG sooooo good for grilled lobster tacos! A Mexican lime butter.
Did a Mexcian crema, cilantro, and lime dizzle creame sauce.
Also did Mexican lime, cilantro, radish, cabbage, etc. coleslaw. Damn good!

Pictures or it didn't happen correct? :D
