I'm a little late to this party, but that's a great looking trio you have there Brian. Was that all for a single meal or 3 separate ones.

The lobster tails look good and I understand what you're saying about them being overcooked a little bit. I used to do them in the broiler also and learned that if you got distracted for even a few seconds they can go from perfect to rubbery real quick. I started cooking them sous vide a few years ago and that's no longer an issue.

The crab cakes look perfect and the recipe you used is spot on. The crab legs look great as well.
