Anyone have a good recipe for Linguica.  Found some in CA that is as good as the stuff I grew up with, but they won't part with the recipe.  Thanks

Thanks Richie.  Tried the search function but came up with nothing.  Maybe I misspelled something.  CB, I have only had the fresh.  sometimes smoked.

Look it up in Len Poli's list of sausages. I saw a linguica there. Don't know about its authenticity though.
