Hello,
I am from Pennsylvania and just got a MES 30. Have done a decent amount of jerky in the past w a cheap dehydrator but now stepping it up to a smoker. Smoked some big eye tuna already but now got my eye on some brisket. Wish me luck, I'll need it!!
