Pretty sure if I dropped five hundred bucks on a grinder, I'd be the first thing ground up in it once my wife saw the CC bill. Looks REALLY nice though!! Congrats.

My brother and sister come over and we have a sausage making week end at least once a year. Sometimes 2-3 deer are involved.
