So most of us will have them and come up with very interesting solutions to what is lurking around in our fridges.....

So what is in your fridge and what did you do with it?

Everything and anything is game. Traditional or Non-Traditional what did you do????

I went for traditional. Since I love these things and look forward to them every year.

The Gobbler Slider:

Yeast roll

Turkey

Stuffing

Mashed Potatoes

Cranberry Jelly (Yes canned! It is what my Grandmother did and I wanted to feel close to her this year.)

Topped with Turkey Gravy

It was yummy.....

We had left over lobster and shrimp and oysters. My wife made a big batch of New England clam chowder with everything. With a lot of garlic bread!

I did a 15 pound ham....that will turn into Red Beans and Rice.  Good for the cold weather that has hit here with the Bad Storms last nite.

Left overs??? What are those??? We did four racks of injected hot wings, 2 dozen smoked eggs and 4#'s of sweet spicy almonds, and there weren't any leftovers!!! I didn't get any of the eggs and I think I had two wings!

I too was left without anything to really speak of as far as leftovers, guess that means it was good!?  But on a side note, hey moderators, this sounds like an excellent future throwdown!!! Hope everyone had a great holiday!

I wish I had no left overs.... I usually cook too much.... I get that from my Grand Ma...... She always planned on extra people showing up.... My issue was my wife never confirmed if a large part of her family was showing up.... So long story short we have left overs.......

Woodcutter that chowder sounds great. I love seafood chowder.

Kathryn I love me some red beans and rice.... So the question I have is do you have a recipe for them. The wife likes red beans and rice... Always looking for a good recipe to feed her....

Dirt that is why I always taste as I cook. To make sure I get some

Zahlgren that sounds like a cool idea for a Throwdown..... Just don't know how that would work out. I know all I have entered have been left overs repourposed......

I have a bunch of ham left that will get eaten, frozen and I'm going to make some mac-n-smoked cheese and throw a bunch of it in there!

Only leftover was 3 slices of prime rib of which I received 1. That'll be supper tonight. Maybe throw it on some bread with a couple slices of smoked pepper jack cheese.

Boiled down the ham bone last night and will turn that into about 4 quarts of ham and potato chowder; comfort food.  The last of the brisket will be my lunch today.  It's all good, eh?
