Has anyone made Leberkase? Was listening to the Cooking with fire podcast this morning and the episode was grilled LeberKase. Sounds good. If you're looking for a short podcast to listen too Cooking with fire is a good one.

I'll be putting this on the menu soon.

Have not made any yet , but been reading up on it for awhile . There are a couple threads on here as well .
 
I thought you made some Rich. Have not yet but plan too. So many variations on it. Most of the recipes I saw are all pork, have onion in it, and cure. I am of the opinion the "bacon" referred to in the recipe is actually belly/speck/lard and not the smoked stuff. I think there is something lost in translation of the recipe. That reminds me... this another reason for a Champion juicer... :emoji_laughing:
