It's been a while since I smoked some pork so I had to get busy this weekend.
I started out with some butts going into the smoker last night for an all night smoke. Woke up this morning and still had about 4 hrs before the the butts would be done. SO I figured why not play with the new sausage toys while I wait.

Opened up the new Lem 5lbs stuffer and the 17lbs Lem mixer. Ground up 45lbs of Boston butt and and started mixing & stuffing. This is the first time using a mixer or a stuffer. SO far i'm a very happy camper. They made things so much easier and faster.

I have to admit, learning how to twist the links was interesting. Maybe i should have watched youtube to figure that part out! LOL

Anyway it took a bit but I got the hang of it. Good enough for me anyway.
