Cooked some beef ribs today. Amazing smoke flavor and bark. The wsm is amazing. It's a close second to my offset.

The only thing I don't love about my WSM is that it is not 22". amazing aparatatus.
Still daily searching CL and marketplace for a 22.
Ribs look awesome!

My 22 has been in retirement for the last few years. I may have to change that soon, and give the kettles a rest. Those ribs look really good from here. Excellent job!!!

Point for sure
