I went to 3 krogers, 2 meijers, 1x Gordon foods, and 2 wally mart looking for a packer brisket all day yesterday. I finally found 2 at WM. Grabbed 1 because I want some more brisket. It's not the best brisket I've seen. But it's gonna do.
My local kroger has 10x flats in, no packers.

After trimming...the wally mart briskets are utter garbage!!! Never again.

Shoot, the sale doesn’t extend to the mid west King Soopers, but I did find 2 for 1 tri-tip. Gonna have to give one a try this weekend.
