How timely! I too finally got around to cooking mine. I was surprised that I actually liked it. It was not as salty as I was expecting. I sliced the can into 4 equal pieces and threw it on the pellet pooper along with a very thick slice of mortadella to make some sammiches. Not gonna run out and stock up on it, but it was a different taste for sure. I have pics on my phone, I'll post one up when I come across it.
