Kingsford regular vs royal oak hardwood . Just wanna now the pros and cons for each one on a uds

Kingsford for nice even temps. Great for overnight cooks.

Lump for everyday cooking. Cleaner smoke quicker. Hotter temps if needed.

How long would a full basket of royal oak last at 225 do the temps stay stable

Temps will move some cause of the odd shapes of the lump.

If you pack the basket well the temps will hold better thou.

How would you light lump with just weber cubes

Yup. I use cubes. On the side of the basket.

Never did a full basket of RO.

I the lump that I use, I got 12 hours at 275.

Humphreys.

Thats all I use.
