Decided to do some cheesesteaks tonight. I'll let the pictures talk. Oh I also made a greek salad to go along with it. Started with the veggies.

My wife would not be happy if I added mushrooms.
My wife would be all over that salad. I'm a hard pass. Greek salad is one of the few things that doesn't agree with me.

Thank you. I have never had a true Philly cheesesteaks but I have eaten many cheesesteaks so not sure what real whiz is. I watched a YouTube video long time back that suggested the American cheese as a close second for whiz. My wife and I both love mushrooms. Greek salad is not a common side dish in my house but I had a bunch of cucumbers and tomatoes that needed used up and figured why not.
