Hello everyone, I've been lurking here for over a year but never sighned up until today. My Name is Bob and I live in Washington state. I work as a meat wrapper in a grocery store, so I get the pick of the cuts. I started smoking a little over a year ago using a cabnet type smoker with a smoke generator. I recently got an Egg from my boss. It was brand new (well, used once). Now I'm ready to try it out. So far I've only done ribs and a chuck roast (not with the Egg). Any help would be great.
