Made fresh kielbasa this weekend. I had purchased a jug of spice from the sausage maker on amazon (we are trying to streamline the sausage making). It did come out quite good (50:50 deer pork butt).

But saw your post and made pierogi for the first time. They came out awesome and thanks for the inspiration!

I looked it up on the interwebs. It has sour cream in the dough. It was good but would love to see yours. I browed the leftover sausage from the tube and added mashed potato and cheese for the filling.
