Made fresh kielbasa this weekend. I had purchased a jug of spice from the sausage maker on amazon (we are trying to streamline the sausage making). It did come out quite good (50:50 deer pork butt).
But saw your post and made pierogi for the first time. They came out awesome and thanks for the inspiration!
Tom mine has sour cream also.I looked it up on the interwebs. It has sour cream in the dough. It was good but would love to see yours. I browed the leftover sausage from the tube and added mashed potato and cheese for the filling.
