kielbasa recipe

hello everyone. I am going to make my first attempt at making kielbasa this weekend I hope all goes well. But I am looking for some recipes for making it if anybody would like to share theirs. I just want to make 10 pounds of it to start and see how it goes. So if anybody can help me out that would be great.

Below is Len Poli's recipe for Ukranian Kielbasa...  It is a good starting point....  Many members start with his recipes and adjust stuff according to personal preference in taste....
