Ive got a charcoal and electric smoker already for home. Stumbled across the fridge that was in a cabin on sone property i recently purchased. No idea if it works or not.
What would be some tips and must dos if i decide to run with the plan on building this. Itd probably be left up at deercamp if i get her up and running.

Seems to have zero plastic in it so id imagine thats a plus.

Nice find! I'm in the process of converting a fridge also. I'm going the electric heat element and controller route with mine. I've got mine gutted and reinsulating with rock wool currently. I haven't got much father then that

Great find Looks alot like mine did, Mine was 1935 all metal on the inside All I did was put a hole in for the chimney and draft holes and installed a burner works great I can get about 50l/bs of Snack sticks in mine, Good luck on your build I love mine, and let us know if you need any help

A full smoker is a happy smoker
