Howdy all,

I'm from the BBQ captial of the world (it's a fact, can't be debated) and I finally decided to go big time and get a smoker.  Smoking is new to me although I have been grilling for most of my life.

Wants kind of ironic is that I am a trained and certified BBQ judge with KCBS, but have never actually smoked myself.

At work, there was a post for a almost new Oklahoma Joe 20" smoker that had only been used three times.  It came with bags of wood and it looked like new.  I will post pics soon.

For those who know the area, I actually live in Olathe.  Look forward to learning and contributing!
