Kamado in Northwest Florida

Hi y'all!  I'm Don Hooper and recenly bought a Chargriller metal Kamado at Lowes.  I've had the crockery ones before but they don't last.  I paid $299 at Lowes but saw at Winn Dixie for $259!!!  I love my kamado and have been grilling/smoking at least once a week, vs 1/month before.  I've smoked salmon and brisket successfully for the first time ever.  I bought the Maverick ET-732 remote thermometer because it goes to 700deg, plus a talking one from Oregon Scientific which is great!

Well you ain't to far from me then.  At least a nice motorcycle ride.  I have ridden near that area a couple of time.
