Thanks , I thought it was Shaw . I smoked it today , used Marianski recipe . Have it drying in the basement now .

Looked at the recipe @ Hank's site... looks good. Bet they taste even better. I've been wanting to play around with some sheep casing for a while now, since I am not a fan of synthetic casings. I bookmarked Hank's recipe. Thanks for posting.

I have made Hank’s recipe before. It’s very good. I used 19 mm collagen. Nothing wrong with this kabanosy IMHO.
