Hey Smoking Meat Forums,
Thought I would give you guys a little information about me. I live in Spokane, WA and have been born and raised here. I am a huge fan of BBQ and cooking in general. Most would call me a BBQ fanatic because do enjoy smoking and grilling just the same. I am now coming up on my first year of becoming a BBQ smoker. It has been quite a year of new adventures and trials with BBQ smoking. I have done a little bit of everything when it comes to smoking. Now I just need to carve out my own little corner in the BBQ world and make up my own flavor profile and then try my best to perfect it. Though I am very much an Armature BBQ smoker I do hope to eventually work into competition BBQ even though its a bit hard up here in the Northwest.

Boston Butt

Turkey
Brisket
Jerky
I am in the process of perfecting my own homemade BBQ sauce.
My BBQ arsenal includes:
2 4 rack Original Bradley Smokers
1 Brinkmann Charcoal Smoker
1 Char Broil Propane Grill
