Just joined the smoking meat forum and would like to say hello.
I live in Canton Ohio and do my work on the Smoke Hollow Pro Series 44.
I've only been smoking a couple of years and enjoy learning new things almost every time I fire up. I have read numerous threads on here when I first got my smoker and it helped me tremendously. I look forward to discussing topics with everyone and thanks for letting me join!
