Hello everyone, just signed up and I already love this. I've never been on any forums or anything before. It's really great to read every ones posts, thoughts, and ideas. I live in central Minnesota and I smoke and grill year around. no better way to cook in my book. I have 2 Weber grills (22"), a large BGE, and I just ordered a WSM (22"). I love the BGE, but it's just too hard to transport to rib cook-offs. I think the WSM should handle that. It's great to learn from other cookers from all over, and I hope to be of help when I can.
