Hi people!
I've gotten 90% of my smoking skills by lurking here. A couple of years ago I bought an Oklahoma Joe 3 in 1 side box smoker. Before using it I assembled and disassembled it twice improving it with the mods found on this forum. I am grateful to you all.
Since then I've smoked most of the meats, sausages and fish available at the average grocery store.
I'm a mechanic and shop owner by trade but cooking calms me down on the weekends.
I'm getting to the point where I need to interact with you guys to improve my skills, so....hello!
