First let me say thanks for the response to my questions, everyone has been a great help. I recently open a small pizza and BBQ place in the not so large town of Apache, OK. It's our 25th annual rattlesnake festival this weekend, so everyone's chowin down on snake and carnival food. I like the snake, but the carnival food can be very unkind after eaten. Just wanted to introduce myself and say hi, and thanks for the answers. Trying to get past my newbie stage so all the advice is appreciated
