Not many pics but the pulled shot looked so good I decided to post it.

Cooked overnight in my uds sunday night.   Done at 8 am, wrapped in foil and into a cooler till evening.

Perfect  bark and the bone slide right out.

I wanted to try pork burnt ends with one butt but they were just falling apart.

Maybe next time.

That bark looks awesome....

Nice.. Those look fairly easy to build for the money and skill level of myself. [emoji]128526[/emoji] [emoji]128077[/emoji]
Probably best thing to use in deer camp here Oct-Nov.
& Maybe can weld a handle on the sides that we can use a chain and padlock on to secure it to a tree so it's not as easy to steal when we're not around for a few days.

Yea, super easy to build.  Holds temps great.

[emoji]129300[/emoji] could be my ECB replacement for next spring. Sounds like a good winter project.. get a fancy paint job or powder coat. [emoji]128556[/emoji]

looks great im sure it tasted great as well. I usually use pork loin for my burnt ends as there are no bones or big sections of fat. And it does not fall apart as easily as a butt

Sorry I'm late, Adam!!!

Looks Great !!
