So I am just now seasoning my MES 30 as I write this. I'm very excited to get started smoking some meat on this over the weekend. I can't take my eyes of the TBS it is generating from my AMNPS. Getting smoke was easier than I thought it would be (beginner's luck or just a good student?).

Here is a photo of it prior to seasoning.

Congrats on the new smoker.  Haha - I can't remember the last time my smoker looked that clean on the inside.

I seasoned my MES 40 for a good long while...like 5-6 hours at the highest temp (275F).  I wanted to make double-sure all of the new smoker smell was out of it before my first smoke.  Granted, this was overkill, but I would definitely season it longer than what Masterbilt suggests.

Congrats. I'm sure you can't wait to get that puppy burning for real.
